LEARNING THE BASICS OF CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
These lessons will be offered in 2 sessions on February 5 & 12, 2023.
- 2:00-3:00 (instruction)
- 3:00-4:00 (independent practice)
These lessons are for children with an adult for support with limited registration.
Lessons will cover
- How to get up from a fall
- How to wear poles,
- How to move on skis
- How to climb a hill
Regular rates (equipment rental & trail pass) apply for children — fees waived for accompanying adult.
